The Role
Marcellin College, a leading Catholic boy's school, presents an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Principal - Staff to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis commencing Term 1, 2025. The position offers an initial 5 year tenure in the Deputy Principal - Staff position with an ongoing teaching component.
This role requires an educational leader of substance who will be a key member of the College Leadership Team, supporting all aspects of the Principal's role. This position provides trusted advice, support and leadership on a range of strategic and operational matters.
The Deputy Principal - Staff provides the College with operational direction and development. The incumbent directly oversees a dedicated team and their respective portfolios and is responsible for maintaining strategic integrity with respect to College wide decision-making.
