This is for a Permanent Full Time appointment. What is our Deputy Campus Facilities Manager role? The position manages the operational activities for North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Facilities Management (FM), King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) tertiary health site with its associated infrastructure complexities and ensuring all works are conducted in accordance with departmental and organisational requirements and objectives; provides support and direction to internal trade staff and external contractors with the delivery, development, implementation, and coordination of the day-to-day activities; maintains a high-quality environment for patients, staff, and all site users by coordinating the delivery of an efficient and cost-effective system of maintenance for all Engineering and Building systems for plant and equipment, services, facilities, and buildings for NMHS.
