Depot Officer - Townsville Temporary Contract - Government Opportunity Start ASAP Full time hours available The Client Our client is a Townsville based government department who work with other government agencies to manage their building, construction and maintenance requirements.
An important department whose work helps those in need.
The Opportunity We require an individual with a strong focus on warehousing and continuous improvement on workflow strategies and policies.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: New Plant arriving Updating register Checking equipment Modifications of the Depot Picking up materials from the depot and suppliers Going to various job sites in Townsville About You To be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in a depot environment and have: Current drivers licence / truck licence Current forklift licence (not required but highly desirable) Previous experience and genuine interest in a depot environment Excellent customer service and communication Possess great problem-solving skills The ability to prioritise tasks and provide support to all team members To Apply Applications should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
