This branch will provide an exciting challenge for a sales and customer-focused Manager who will naturally and proactively develop a new customer base, driving sales and offering technical support to ensure our customer's journey is effortless.

Key responsibilitiesEnsuring that the depot operates efficiently and to high standardsManaging a busy trade counter delivering the highest customer service to maximise profitability and profit marginManaging and developing a team of trade counter and warehouse operativesProactively resolving any customer issues, the first time!Enhancing sales and the customer experience within the depotIdentifying improvement opportunitiesPromote our diverse product range, offering alternatives more suited to the customerWorking with the Area Sales Manager and regional support teams to achieve sales and budget targets Skills and experience requiredUPVC building knowledge is preferred but not essential as training can be providedA thorough understanding of health and safety practicesTrade counter knowledge and experienceExperience with maximise profitability and profit marginsKnowledge of the local marketOrganised and structured approach to work and tasksProven management experience and the ability to motivate a teamExcellent communication skills at all levels We are an equal-opportunity employerDiversity and inclusion are essential to us and we encourage a culture where everyone can be themselves at work.
