We currently have an opportunity for a Finance and Administration Officer to join our team.
Under the direction of the Finance and Administration Coordinator, you will:
Assist in the management of the West Kimberley District (WKD) office administration, control and monitor finances and administration functions. Assist with the development and implementation of effective financial and business management procedures for the WKD. Coordinate and implement allocated projects including WKD business planning. Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.
Considerable experience at a supervisory level in administrative and financial management, budget and business plan preparation and monitoring; including the management of external funds. Experience in office and records management and demonstrated well-developed organisational skills. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mainframe computers, personal computers and software packages, not limited to but including Excel proficiency. About Us
