Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Role Office Manager (full-time, ongoing) To support our ongoing commitment to our mission, we are seeking an individual to lead our administration team enabling others to do what they are called to do. This is a dynamic hands-on role. Drawing from your broad office administration skills and experience, you will be responsible for an effective and efficient service to students, staff and the broader Kennedy community.
Managing an experienced team, you devote yourself to the growth and development of staff across Student Services, Attendance, Reception, Sick Bay and Administration.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you thrive in a hub of activity. Each day will be different. You possess a solution-focused collaborative approach whilst modelling our values, which enables you to make a difference in every interaction.
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing role to commence as soon as possible.
