This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts and Commercial Specialist to join our client on a short-term basis. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end contract and tender management processes, ensuring compliance, mitigation of risk, and driving favourable commercial outcomes.

With a focus on delivering innovative and commercially sound payload solutions, this organisation supports its clients and stakeholders with expert contract and commercial management. The team is small but highly skilled, offering a collaborative and professional environment.
Description Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Preparing, evaluating, and managing tender and proposal processes, including drafting documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, and terms and conditions reviews. Reviewing variations to standard contract terms and conditions, preparing responses to mitigate risk and liability while achieving favourable commercial outcomes. Maintaining live contract validity through the Customer Contract Register, including managing variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, and pricing reviews. Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and external regulations. Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in end-to-end contract management within engineering, construction, or similar industries. The ability to work autonomously with a diverse contract base. Strong technical skills in tender processes, risk assessment, and contract negotiation. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in law, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field. A collaborative and professional approach to working in a small team environment. Job Offer This role offers:
