This hugely popular practice hired one dentist who joined in May, doing 3 days a week.
By June, he had to go up to 5.5 days a week and has full books and a waitlist. They hired another dentist who joined in mid-September on 5 days a week.
One month later, is already fully booked and has a waitlist.Launceston's population is 70,000+ and there are only a dozen dental practices - let that sink in!The patient-to-dentist ratio is huge, so if you don't want to wait around for patients, but rather be super productive, working with full books and work with higher fee schedules, come to Launceston!
This premium 6-chair practice is one of the most popular and leading clinics in Launceston, known for its emphasis on patient-centricity, technical standards and sophisticated approach to dentistry, cosmetics, health and wellness.
Not only are the clinical standards important here, but so is reputation and the ability to build long term relationships and rapport with patients, essentially building a mini-community within the clinic.
The practice is hiring due to demand for dental services far outstripping the available clinicians in this clinic.
Additionally, the Principal would like to reduce clinical hours in order to focus more effort on coaching, mentoring and building a better business for the Associates.
You'll walk into full books from the start!
There is flexibility to start on 3, 4 or 5 days a week – you will be getting full books either way.
The dentists are booked out months in advance.
