The Role We are looking for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Robina where you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team. The Responsibilities

Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
Advising patients of care
Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Answering telephone calls and enquiries
Booking in patients
Administration support
The Successful Candidates

Have previous chairside dental experience preferred
Possess excellent communication skills
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years' dental assisting experience preferred
