In this support role, you will be crucial in providing frontline support to stakeholder groups relating to issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 utilising the existing ticketing system to triage and resolve requests.
Supporting the ERP Delivery Lead, you will identify and escalate any reoccurring issues for investigation and resolution.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and, given the nature of the role, can be based at a Blackwoods location in either Brisbane (Carole Park), Melbourne (Scoresby) or Sydney (Macquarie Park).
