The Delivery Lead - Program ensures the successful execution of transformation initiatives, providing both strategic and operational leadership to align the program's objectives with the organisation's goals, while fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders.
Job Description We are looking for a strategic thinker who can align the transformation program's roadmap with the broader objectives of the organisation, ensuring a clear, structured, and forward-looking approach. As a key leader within the program, you will build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, encouraging collaboration and fostering alignment around common goals. Your ability to anticipate roadblocks and devise innovative solutions will be critical in driving the successful delivery of transformational initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities: Program Roadmap Management: Expertise in planning and managing program increments, ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap and strategic objectives. Program and Progress Management: Advanced skills in overseeing multiple workstreams, tracking progress, and presenting analysis on workstream performance to ensure delivery of transformational outcomes. Risk Mitigation and Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across program workstreams, ensuring minimal impact on future deliverables and overall program success. Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with product management, business leaders, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and strategic direction. Agile Leadership: Solid experience in cultivating an agile culture within teams, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering incremental value. Governance and Process Adherence: Proven expertise in managing governance structures, ensuring teams adhere to processes and governance reporting standards. Workshop and Collaboration Leadership: Skilled in leading workshops, planning events, and facilitating collaboration among teams to establish clear objectives and priorities. Change Management: Competence in driving the adoption of new ways of working, fostering a culture of agility, experimentation, and innovation. Communication and Reporting: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders. Budget and Resource Management: Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and securing approvals for program funding. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in program management or leadership within an Agile environment.
