Newly created role within our Transformation OfficeOpportunity to showcase your project management skillsetFlexible hybrid working model, work between our central Docklands office and the comfort of your own homeAs the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-impact projects that align with and support the company's strategic priorities.
You will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration, maintaining alignment with transformation goals, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership team (ELT).
About the Opportunity: Oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives within assigned pillars, ensuring alignment with transformation objectivesRegularly evaluate progress against goals and KPIs, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategiesCollaborate with teams to synthesize challenges, prepare decision-making options, and escalate critical issues as neededCreate comprehensive progress updates and materials for monthly forums (e.g., Transformation Management forum)Lead the facilitation of key decision forums and ensure timely and well-documented communicationServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in assigned pillars, ensuring strong alignment and collaborationAct as a bridge between the Transformation Management forum (ELT) and delivery teams, fostering trust and transparencyPrepare content for key strategic communications, including Board presentations, investor updates, and CEO-led forumsPartner with Change Manager and People and Culture to establish effective change management practices for sustainable outcomesMonitor, evaluate and share insights on change adoption and impact, implementing corrective actions when necessaryYour Background: Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management or project coordination, preferably within a Retail or transformation contextDemonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong bias to actionExcellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisationComfort with data, ability to quickly and effectively complete data analysis tasks, both regularly and on an ad hoc basisExperience using Portfolio project management toolExperience within a M&A or De-merger highly desirableBenefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer productsFlexible work arrangements, with hybrid role between office and WFHOngoing training and development for your career progressionVolunteer, parental and lifestyle leave availableThe opportunity to be a part of and contribute to the Myer growth strategyHere, you're not only an employee.
