This role will report into the Delivery Excellence Manager.As the Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in planning and executing initiatives to uplift delivery predictability and productivity across the wider Technology function, building capability, implementing new standards and ways of working.Your key duties will include:Conduct the analysis, planning, execution and implementation of prioritised initiatives to uplift delivery excellence.Contribute to the identification of new opportunities to meet the primary goals of predictability and productivity across Technology Delivery.Work closely with the Project Management Community, and other technology resources to determine what they need to be successful.Work collaboratively with change management to deliver appropriate training and communications to successfully embed the changes.Identify and manage risks, timelines, and, where needed, resources required to deliver e.g. consultants and vendors.Conduct data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests as needed based on the needs of TLT.About youYou are a problem-solver and passionate about driving best practices across project delivery, whilst ensuring quality standards are being met.
