Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
D4C is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our dynamic, diverse, and high-performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.
Primary Purpose
The purpose of this position is to perform, maintain and continuously improve document and system administration for the South Delivery Team which provides management services, engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities:
Onboarding and exiting of internal and external staff Troubleshooting of user issues and escalation Sending out communications to internal and external staff Assisting with implementing the Document management and records management, and drawing management protocols of the South Delivery Team Conducting and supporting information audits and inspections Onboarding education of new staff of information systems and processes Performing archiving of critical project records upon the completion of a project Seeding project information into InEight Document at project tender stage Assist internal and external stakeholders with system queries and training. Minimum Requirements:
Relevant qualifications for document and records management 3 or more years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction environment White Card is desirable Document and records management Awareness of NSW State Records Act is desirable Certificate in appropriate system application training and/or data management is desirable We welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+, people with disability, people with caring responsibilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and veterans.
