We now have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Western Australia team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager and working alongside a highly motivated team, you will drive business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands and manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory.
Key responsibilities: Develop high quality relationships with customers and facilitate sustainable account growth. Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning and the features and benefits of brands. Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings. Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans. Provide feedback to National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence and market activity. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience with an FMCG company. Wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential as you will get on the job training. The ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
