Understanding our clients unique needs as a trusted advisor
Producing high quality financial reporting and data driven insights
Helping clients make better business decisions based on value, by providing commercial insights and technical expertise, backing up your point of view with well articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysis
Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.
Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence across Deals
Conducting sector research and assisting with the development of thought leadership
Coaching and developing junior colleagues
Requirements
Professional qualifications in accounting, law, business, commerce or finance/CA
Postgraduate academic qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, MBA or a Masters in Finance or Applied Finance are highly regarded
Background and solid financial technical skills in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment
Commercially focussed and skilled in areas such as data manipulation, integrated financial models, business and asset valuation, FDD, cost management, risk management, cashflow, financial analysis, problem solving, and lateral thinking
Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously
Good understanding of the Australian market with exposure to corporate finance aspects, capital markets, industry analysis, valuations, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and risk management protocols in these areas.
Experienced in producing reports to assist in decision making
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills
