Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers and assist with dealing room logistics.
Responsibilities:Client serviceOperational ProceduresGeneral administrationOrganisational Skills:Self-motivated and deadline driven.Sound problem solving skills.Attention to detail.Ability to follow a task through until it is completed, in order to minimise any disruption to Advisers.Must have the ability to work autonomously and understand the daily tasks required as well as diarising for tasks to be completed at future dates.Operational Knowledge:Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel and general computer skills.Financial market background preferred but not essential.Personal Attributes:Client focused.Proactive and a sense of urgency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
