Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description The Beaches Hotel in Thirroul and Ryan's Hotel are currently seeking experienced Chefs or Cooks to join our teams in Thirroul.
You will assist in preparation and cooking of various dishes across multiple kitchens whilst ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head/Executive Chefs.
Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Minimum Requirements: At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as per the company's requirements.
The successful applicants will be offered a salary between $73,150 - $80,000.
