About the role:
The Coordinator, People Solutions plays a key role in supporting the People Solutions team deliver a customer-centric and end-to-end approach to people solutions across a range of areas including complex workplace relations, performance management, remuneration, wellbeing and change management.
The Coordinator is pivotal in collaborating with stakeholders including People Services and Deakin Help, and works closely with Senior People and Culture Partners.
This role supports a team of Consultants, driving project work across various areas such as early intervention case and change management, process improvement, and providing key insights, reporting, and analysis on People Solutions activities.
As a Coordinator, People Solutions you will:
Proactively support People Solutions Consultants and key People and Culture stakeholders by conducting analysis, reporting, and administration to simplify complex information, identify key issues, and provide accurate conclusions for easy understanding.
Foster strong, positive relationships across the People and Culture division and the university to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance People and Culture delivery in line with organisational strategy.
Seek feedback from a diverse range of key stakeholders and collaborate with the Associate Director and People Solutions Consultants to drive change and overcome obstacles.
Communicate confidently, using relevant examples and effective influencing techniques to increase understanding and support across the people solutions disciplines.
To be successful, you'll have:
A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in HR or a field of recruitment, workplace relations, remuneration or wellbeing.
