Part-Time Business Development Manager/ Brand Advocate The Business Development/Brand Advocate Manager will focus on building and strengthening relationships with retail and wholesale partners across Melbourne Metro, the Mornington Peninsula, and the Eastern Suburbs. Your primary mission is to increase sales and brand visibility in these regions while aligning with our values of sustainability and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and specialty retailers in the designated regions. Identify and approach new business opportunities to grow market share. Maintain regular communication with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at tastings, events, and trade shows to showcase our premium spirits and liqueurs. Educate partners and customers about our unique products and sustainable practices. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals. Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth. We're looking for someone who is:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Melbourne's food, beverage, and hospitality landscape. RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
