Data Architect - Nv1

Position Title:Data Architect
Experienced architect who can deliver on the architecture goals and customer's vision of leveraging data for clients.
Brings in strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities with good demonstration of data driven decisions.
Exhibited strong analysis skills working in a team to understand requirements, define and present appropriate solution.
Design technical solutions and serve as a technical expert and provide advisory to product teams.
Good experience in presenting to wider stakeholders and communicating technical solutions to technical leadership and business leadership.
Strong experience with creating, reviewing, and owning architectural and solution documentation.
Design and implement data architecture and integration frameworks that enable best practice data lifecycle management and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
Develop architecture documentation, data models and metadata for our data assets.
Demonstrated experience developing ETL/ELT processes for complex and/or large data movement.
Security Clearance:Must have Negative Vetting Level 1.
Mandatory Criteria:5 years previous experience working in a data warehousing environment.Weighted Criteria:A degree in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology or data science is highly desirable.Knowledge of Australian Government Data policies and procedures is desirable.
