We are seeking an experienced Control-M Developer to assist the Corporate Systems team in supporting the design, analysis, build, testing, and implementation of its projects.
A minimum Baseline Security Clearance is an essential requirement for this role.
Duties may include: Create software and technical designs for the realization of complex development solutions Provide technical advice on software development and maintenance Provide go-live support and maintenance for complex developments Perform a range of analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities Undertake analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions Ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies Identify, investigate, and resolve complex ICT issues Assess, communicate, monitor, and control risk Develop team plans and goals Prepare draft reports and corporate documentation Manage and prioritize own and others' workloads to meet business objectives in specified timeframes Develop and deliver on projects within the assigned area of responsibility Perform cost analysis activities as required Ability to: Use and encourage the use of digital technology to work efficiently Translate technical information for non-technical audiences Discuss and negotiate issues with credibility, transparency, and respect Undertake analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence Work collaboratively and embrace agile ways of working Support and encourage innovation and continuous improvement Remain optimistic and focused in response to setbacks or challenges Enable change initiatives and encourage others to embrace change Show care and courage with challenging interactions Requirements Baseline Clearance At least 3 years of experience working in large ICT Control-M project teams with complex business rules and high data volumes Exposure to SAP PS-CD and S/4HANA technologies Ability to prepare high-quality documentation, including detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and to share information.
