Wayside is seeking someone passionate about data to join our team as the Data and Impact Coordinator. Reporting to the Quality and Data Manager, you will be crucial in supporting and ensuring monitoring and data practices are embedded across the Programs team to enhance service delivery performance and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove existing data systems and build and maintain new monitoring methods to improve the efficiency of data capture.Provide data information and analysis to various stakeholders, including Executives, Senior Management and the Fundraising team, to support operations and grant applications.Provide coaching and training to program managers on data collection and analysis as required.Support data gathering and analysis needed for ASES compliance.Support the development of a monitoring and impact reporting framework.Create surveys and collate data as required.Stepping into an environment that stands outside of the standard service delivery model and integrating that with our mission and vision with the tension that entails.Providing data analysis and advice to various stakeholders across different teams.About youTertiary qualification or specialised training in a field with an emphasis on quantitative data analysis, such as social sciences or public policy.A minimum of one year post-graduate experience in a related role or field.Experience successfully delivering a portfolio of projects or research.Demonstrated experience extracting, loading, transforming and reporting on quantitative data to inform service delivery, including constructing reports.A passion for using data to improve service delivery and influence change.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration.Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate, and maintain stakeholder relationships.Since 1964, situated on the Gadigal Land of the Eora Nation (Kings Cross), Wayside is known for its inclusive, low-barrier support services, offering dignity, respect, and love to our diverse and vulnerable community.
