Customer Support Technician

CabMaster Software provides design & manufacturing solutions for the cabinet making industry. We're expanding into new territories, so we're looking for 2 new additions to our customer support team.
This role is a fast-paced position in IT to support our customers in their day-to-day use of our software, both onsite and online.
Daily tasks as a team member of CabMaster Customer Support include:
Assisting our customers with their software questionsReceiving and making phone calls to customersRunning 1-on-1 training sessions with customers onsite and onlineLogging software bugs for our development teamLiaising with management, accounts and sales teamsOur ideal candidate is either an IT graduate with an interest in trades, or a tradesperson with an interest in software/IT.
