### Job Description

Wesfarmers is seeking a motivated and driven **Customer Support Specialist** to join our remote team. - **Documentation:** Record all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring proper documentation of inquiries, issues, and resolution steps.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and ensure a unified approach to customer service.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service is a plus.
