We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our remote workforce. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, utilizing innovative problem-solving techniques.

3. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Document feedback received from customers to help improve service delivery and product offerings.

- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service standards.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

6. **Special Projects:**
- Assist in any special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.

- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
