About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Hoppers Crossing location. The incumbent will have strong and effective communication skills with a focus on managing stakeholder expectations. 
In this role your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Undertake receptionist responsibilities and being the First Point of call for all incoming Customer Calls and EnquiresResolving customer issues in consultation with management and production staff.Maintaining data efficiently and managing data entry effectively.Undertaking picking and packing responsibilitiesEnsuring Quality standards are maintained through effective communication and training,About the incumbent You are a self-motivated and committed individual with a passion and drive to achieve the goals set before you. 
The skills that you will bring to this role are:
Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organisation / planning ability. Strong communication skills both verbal and written over the phone and face to face.Excellent conflict management and resolution skills.Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail.Ability to support departmental processes. The benefit of working with us:
