### Job Description:

At REA Group, we are passionate about transforming the property experience in Australia. We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Support Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time remote position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our services and offerings.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Assistance:** Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (email, chat, and phone) in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate, courteous, and efficient assistance regarding REA Group products and services.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of REA Group's products, services, and features to provide informed assistance and guidance to customers.

- **Documentation:** Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Update customer information and ensure all records are kept current and relevant.

- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and share insights gained from customer interactions to enhance overall customer service and experience.

- **Customer Education:** Assist in educating customers on product features and functionalities, delivering effective solutions that help them maximize their experience.

- **Feedback Gathering:** Actively seek and compile customer feedback to identify trends and propose improvements to existing services and processes.

- **Training Participation:** Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to customer emotions and needs.
- **Cooperation:** Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and is willing to assist others to achieve team goals.
