Customer Service Team Leader - National Support Office (Marleston) [Permanent - Full Time Position]

Be part of our growth Strong focus on cost estimation, order administration and customer support Work with a recognised market leading National company Fast paced, dynamic and collaborative team This is an exciting opportunity for a people-orientated Team Leader who enjoys customer service and sales.
You will lead and manage a dynamic, supportive and successful team supporting the Residential and Commercial Sales teams.

As the Customer Service Team Leader you will work in a close-knit sales administration team and liaise regularly with Account Managers, Selections teams, Suppliers and our Warehouse.
You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with our trade accounts and franchises to manage orders.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Be driven to provide superior customer service Lead a customer service focussed team to provide outstanding service levels To build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure administration and selection processes are completed in a timely and effective manner Manage and communicate customer feedback for consistent improvement Have a friendly and approachable personality Have the ability to relate to people at all levels Have a strong work ethic and a "lead by example" approach Requirements for the role:

Have strong leadership and communication skills Have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment Be confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills Have strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative Be highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products Previous experience in the building industry/ with building products will be highly regarded but not essential OUR CULTURE...
