As the Team Supervisor at Cleanaway, you will be responsible for managing a team of 24 consultants and 2 team leaders.
Your primary duties will include: Providing leadership, direction, and support to team members.
Setting clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals.
Coaching and mentoring team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
Handling escalated issues and providing solutions as needed.
Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsible for all HR-related issues affecting team members including conducting appraisals, confirmations, promotions and terminations.
About You You have the ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
You are passionate about cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture for all.
You have leadership experience with a transparent style that instils confidence and builds capability.
You are solutions-focused and have the ability to identify opportunities to drive and deliver outstanding service.
You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
You can effectively determine priorities and allocate work under high workloads.
