Customer Service - Residential Mortgage SettlementsAbout the OpportunityAs a Mortgage Settlement Coordinator, you will prepare, process and coordinate residential mortgage settlements on behalf of the lender. Throughout the process you will work closely with our panel of lenders, Brokers, Solicitors and Conveyancers, providing the highest level of customer service to all.
This role contributes to our strategy of helping borrowers to achieve their property ownership goals. More specifically, this role will see you:
Communicating via email and phone to key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks;Data entry using in-house and lender systems;Creating and checking mortgage documentation;Managing the disbursement of funds.About YouWe are seeking people with experience within the mortgage/financial services sector who have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. In addition, our ideal candidates will have the following demonstrated skills and experience:
