Come join our Bendigo team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You'll be joining a family-owned company that has national (and international!) reach without the pain of working for a big corporate monster.
You will be pivotal to our business. You will be our main customer service and salespeople. As a Sales and Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too. As one of the biggest battery importers in Australia, you will have a huge range of high-quality products to support and sell to your customers. This is a genuine, varied, fast-paced role that you can make your own!
About THE ROLE This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys selling high quality products, giving superior service and wants a hands-on role.
Hours of work: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate)
The main focus of this role includes: Manage an existing set of clientsBuild genuine relationships with customersConsignment and stock rotation of products at customer sitesInvoicingSell and deliver batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers.Plan your sales runsPick and pack your daily stock needs Manage stock levels accurately in preparation for daily sales runs.Become a product knowledge superstarComplete sales paperwork (training provided). We love attention to detail and so do our customers!Live our values! To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Current MR licence and confident to drive a manual vehicleDriven to learn new products and processes.High attention to detailGreat presentation is required as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalitiesPhysically able to lift batteries as heavy lifting is involved. (in the range of 10-30 kgs – but don't panic, we have lifting aids, trolleys etc)Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.Like to have fun!What's in it for you?
