Blending warehousing, administration duties, and customer service to create an exceptional experience for our customers - This role will have you collaborating closely with our customers and in-store team to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage receiving of stock in store
Oversee deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to online orders
Assist with customer queries and coordinate repairs with our in-store Tech Team
Organising and managing claims for returns to suppliers for credits and repairs
About You:
You are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a multifaceted role. Whether you're in the warehouse or interacting with customers face-to-face, you bring enthusiasm and adaptability.
Desired Attributes and Qualifications:
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Quick learner with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
Forklift license preferred (we're willing to provide this certification for the right candidate)
Experience with managing high stock volumes is a plus
