About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital!
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional and confidential customer-focused administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, responding to a range of enquiries at the front desk and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
From managing switchboard calls to initiating paging and emergency responses, you'll be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and operations across the hospital.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing prompt and accurate messages and directions in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Your ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver outstanding service will contribute to the positive experience of everyone who interacts with our hospital.

About You We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable individual with the skills and experience to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
