Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Sales Representative will support with activities related to the branch showroom including direct customer sales support and general upkeep. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Newcastle. Some of the tasks: Support with client sales and showroom retail activities Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email Support with customer ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries Interact with relevant Bullivants departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction Undertake ad-hoc duties as requested Some of the skills: Previous experience in a customer service or industrial sales environment Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High level written and verbal communication skills A curious mindset and a willingness to learn Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry highly regarded Next Steps If you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
