The requirements | What it takes to do this workNo matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll also need:
Extensive customer service experience in a customer-facing roleDemonstrated experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skillsSound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentationExperience developing and maintaining customer relationshipsDemonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology useAn understanding of the needs of older peopleThe locations | A home to belong toWe have a Full-time Position available at our Mount Terry home.Warrigal Mount Terry, IllawarraAt our Mount Terry Residential Aged Care Home, we offer 151 well-designed suites.
