About the role
As the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.
You'll be a team player who:
Brings friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone, or over email.
Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc.
Enjoys showcasing our home to future residents and their families.
Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service.
Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources.
Possesses knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (ideal but not essential).
