A bit more detail on the role… We are looking for an energetic, positive and self-driven Customer Service Officer. You will manage and nurture a portfolio of customers by placing insurance, via inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. You will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success, developing specialised skills in underwriting, risk assessment, sales, and negotiation.
