The Role We are a team of professionals who work collaboratively to ensure we always drive outstanding outcomes for our clients. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be supporting our Advisers with the delivery of high-quality service and the provision of professional and compliant advice to clients. In this role you will be completing research, preparing insurance quotes, assisting with the implementation of advice and helping manage ongoing service obligations. In addition, you will assist with answering phones, booking appointments, and general administration tasks as needed.

This is an in office full-time role.
Role Requirements A "can do" attitude.3+ years' experience in the financial services industry.Experience with SMSF Set up and Personal Insurance quoting (preferable).Ability to implement advice effectively and efficiently.Solid working knowledge of the compliance requirements and the ongoing obligations when provisioning advice.Attention to detail whilst multi-tasking.WiZDOM Advisory is part of the WiZDOM Group of Companies who provide a range of professional services, including accounting, lending, and financial advice to assist clients with all their asset accumulation, protection, and management needs.
