About your new job:
Due to growth and changes within the business, we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this close team. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing inbound calls nationally, liaising with the receiving departments with accurate information upon transferring calls.First touch resolution advising customers with true and accurate information.Entry of customer's orders received via phone, fax, and email.Advise the transport Coordinator, or Team leaders as appropriate, immediately of changes to orders and same-day deliveries.Supply copies of invoices, credit notes, statements, and proof of deliveries.Customer portal setup, follow up of portal queries for all ongoing portal customers.About you!
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.
• Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.
• Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to bond with internal teams to share ideas and feedback to improve company services.
