Customer Service Officer

About the Role: We are looking for a committed and passionate Customer Service Representative for their Pakenham East location.
This dynamic role will expose you to various areas of the business, including front counter service, concierge support, and license testing.
You will also engage in telephone and written communications while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

About You: You must possess a current, valid full driving license.
Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role is essential.
Willingness to assist alternative customer service centers in the area as needed.
We are looking for a positive, proactive individual who is truly passionate about customer service!
You must be able to work up to 38 hours per week across Monday-Friday generally between the hours of 08:15am-4:45pm You must be a permanent resident or citizen to be eligible to apply for this role.
