Customer Service Officer

Position: Customer Service Officer Location: Port of Brisbane Salary: $35.86 per hour – temp to perm potential Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Client Care and Administration Officers who can provide a point of contact to our national network of business partners and end users for the purpose of selling and supplying the company's product range, demonstrating outstanding levels of customer service.
Responsibilities: Represent the best interests of clients and adhere to company policies.Provide outstanding levels of client care and administrative support.Build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.Provide accurate, current and relevant information in response to customer inquiries.Facilitate a prompt and accurate flow of policy, product and technical information.Possess a suitable amount of product knowledge to satisfy sales or service calls via telephone or web inquiries.Cooperate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions.Promote a friendly climate, good morale and cooperation.Minimum Requirements: High level understanding of clerical duties.Previous experience in Transport and Logistics is an advantage but not essential.Positive and professional demeanor at all times.Ability to build strong and positive business relationships.Additional Information: NB: There is no public transport access to this location, so it is mandatory that candidates have a license and access to private transport.
