About the RoleThe Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service to the Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC) members and guests. The customer service team member will also provide administrative support to all programs and services.
Reporting to the QTC Business Operations Lead, in this role you will:
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service via phone, email and face-to-faceAssist with café related tasks as well as sale of merchandise and apparel in the Pro ShopSupport in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and up to date recordsProactively identify event opportunities and cultivate strong professional networks and relationshipsPromote an effective, satisfying and productive working environment within the teamOffer recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of QTCAbout YouWhat you will bring to the role:
