The role involves leading a team of six team members in Australia as well as overseeing the back-office team in India. Maximising our case fill rate to customers is the primary objective of this role and this is done by coaching and developing team members, defining work and supporting the development of best practice process across the customer service team.
How you will contributeYou will: Lead the onshore (Australia based) and offshore Customer Service teamsOwn the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mixCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure service is maximised when challenges ariseUse appropriate tools and processes to deliver efficient order managementSupport the effective management of new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and minimize write-offs.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Proven leadership capability in a similar environmentA customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or salesExperience in an order-to-cash environment (ideally FMCG/CPG environment)High-level of SAP competenceExperience in EDI technologyGood numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skillsGood knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash processStrong digital acumen preferred.More about this role:We follow a hybrid working model with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.No Relocation support available
