The Role
Due to ongoing growth within our Healthcare division at the Toll Group, we are seeking a Customer Service & Inventory Controller to join our new custom built healthcare facility based in Melbourne Airport Business Park.
TGA licensed 10,000m2 facility dedicated to Life Sciences and Healthcare – our fastest growing business unit within Toll Group.
As the Customer Service & Inventory Controller, you will:
Provide customer service and operational support plus management of inventory within the WMS for the Tullamarine Site.
Provide an excellent standard of customer service and operational support to our customers and Victorian operations through proficient order turnaround, effective communication, prompt attention to customer and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate levels of inventory within the WMS and physical inventory within the warehouse.
Control and undertake regular daily cycle counting as well as stock takes when required.
Ensure record keeping is completed as required to maintain Quality accreditations and licenses including to but not limited to ISO9001 and poisons licenses.
Provide administrative reports as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Understanding of the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry, and the balance between commercial, operational and function requirements.
Inventory management experience within a warehouse management system.
Experience providing an outstanding level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Sound computer literacy skills including Word & Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
