About the role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Palmerston Branch.
Your role will be to promote, recommend and refer banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members.

We know that work/life balance is important, so this is a part-time role for 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday between the branch hours of 8.30am - 5.15pm with a rotating Saturday roster 8.45am - 11.45am.
Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union's overall success.

If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better!
FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
