ABOUT THE ROLE: We have an opportunity for a part-time role in our Tamworth warehouse and retail facility.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this role will involve direct service of retail customers, deliveries, and inventory management.
The position will require your attendance on-site in Taminda on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with one day focused on inventory management and deliveries, and two days customer facing, selling Jack's Creek's award-winning Wagyu and Black Angus beef to the public through our retail outlet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Customer service and deliveries:Direct sales of beef primals and portioned products to retail customers.Accurately follow SOPs for retail and food safety, including documenting results.Respond to restaurant orders in a timely manner, and invoice and deliver as required (local deliveries).Inventory Management:Track inventory levels and advise Business Manager of upcoming requirements.Receive and store regular deliveries from processors.Manage retail inventory from wider stock, including stocking fridges and ensuring appropriate volumes of portioned product are available.Other:Ad Hoc tasks as required.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: To be successful in the role, we are looking for an individual who has:
