Job DescriptionAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a dynamic role in Brisbane? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Temperzone and Hitachi, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring our products and services are represented positively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, sales, pricing, and general stock.Process customer quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing, and manage deliveries.Oversee inventory control, stock allocation, and inter-branch stock transfers.Manage returns, credits, and work with the credit department on customer accounts.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Organise deliveries and logistics, manage back orders, and handle special delivery requirements.Address and resolve customer conflicts and complaints effectively.Adhere to company safety and environmental policies, demonstrating safe work practices.QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role: High level communication skills via phone or email correspondence.Data entry management is a must.Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.A positive personality who thrives in a fun team environment.Additional InformationA Collaborative Environment: Work closely with our internal and external sales team.Professional Growth: Work for a globally recognised and privately owned brand with job security.Employee Assistance Program: Free counselling and well-being support.The successful candidate must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and complete a national police check.Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
