Your new companyWe are seeking expressions of interest to work for a leading provider of innovative financial services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and solutions. Our client's team is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalised and professional support.
Your new roleWe are interested in hearing from dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Superstars who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.Providing accurate information about our products and services.Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.What you'll need to succeedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service such as Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centres.Confident computer skills.A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.These roles work full-time hours and require availability for a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a background check and provide 2 ex-employer referees. Please note, due to the nature of this expression of interest being for permanent jobs, only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
