Role Overview We're looking for a driven, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our National Service Centre team, in our Beverley office In this role, you'll focus on understanding customer needs, guiding them to the best solutions, and ensuring top-tier service at every touchpoint.
You'll use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations, proactively solve problems, and consistently achieve results, no matter the challenge.

Key Responsibilities • Consistently prioritise customer needs, ensuring all actions support customer satisfaction and success • Carry out daily customer service activities including – call handling, sales & service order entry, communication with subcontractors, invoicing, credits, customer queries & escalations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships while communicating clearly and independently, adapting messages to suit different situations and audiences • Demonstrate a thorough approach, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks • Proactively seek information, make informed decisions, and confidently ask for guidance when needed • Embrace new challenges with curiosity, adapting quickly to changes while pursuing continuous growth and improvement Skills, Knowledge and Experience • Minimum two years' experience in a customer service role • A knowledge of logistics involved in international shipping and proficiency across several computer platforms will be highly regarded • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create a welcoming environment • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Fluency in English with additional skills in an Asian or Indian language is advantageous.
• Proven experience in an administrative support, data entry or telephone sales role • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
